Handing-off the designs

PROBLEM

Bookingjini is a website that provides hospitality icons such as facilities, directions, and actions. The website was nothing more than a long list of icons that, when clicked, displayed the code for their respective icon. Finding an icon you like from 200+ icons was time-consuming and difficult. The website is not only used by Bookingjini, but it is also a free resource for everyone to access.

  • The original website lacked a hero section

  • It was difficult to navigate an icon from just a big list

  • A way to promote the usage of the website’s icons among the designers as well

SOLUTION

Introducing a hero section and and other sections to highlight the features of the website.

Categorizing 300+ icons into groups of fields for easy navigation

To promote the website among designers I gave the idea to create a figma plugin of the icons which would increase the ease with which the icons can be used.
